YES, you can rent the property if you're working with an approved wedding planner. We partner with some of the most elite planners in the Nashville area.

We do not include Photography and Videography because we know what a personal choice that one is. We do however offer recommendations for professionals who are familiar with the property and have experience photographing Mint Springs Farm.

Yes, we want to create a memorable experience for your guests and we think food trucks are an excellent option.

Our maximum capacity is 280 ppl for a seated dinner and 375 ppl for a cocktail reception.

What’s your capacity? 

YES, we are pet friendly for pictures and ceremonies. We do ask for you to send your furry friend home for the reception.

Can I bring in my own outside vendors?

In your wedding package, we include some of Nashvilles top vendors including florist/floral designer, planner, caterer, wedding cake bakery, DJ/AV technician, and sprinter van for onsite bridal party transportation. Outside of those exclusive vendors, you are welcome to bring in whenever you’d like!

Can I take engagement photos on property?

YES! You are welcome to use the property for your engagement shoot.

What if I only want 50 guests for my wedding?

We offer reduced guest count minimums for smaller weddings during the week and during the months of March, July, and August. 

Can I bring my own wedding planner?

We have some amazing planners on our team! However, if you’ve already contracted with a wedding planner, we just require a quick chat and approval with your planner to go over the all inclusiveness of our property.

Overall, can I expect to spend on my wedding?

We really cross off a lot off your wedding vendor/design list! Outside of your wedding package with us, you can expect to spend anywhere from $15,000-$30,000+ depending on the cost of your outside vendors (photographer, videographer, hair/make up, transportation, etc.).

Do you do rehearsal dinners?

If we do not have a wedding the day prior to yours, yes!

Do you include alcohol?

G Catering offers some exclusive alcohol bar packages to take the stress off of you on ordering and transporting alcohol. These costs are not included in your wedding package.

Closest accommodations?

Most of our couples reserve room blocks in Cool Springs/Franklin (25 minutes from the Farm) and downtown Nashville (40 minutes from the Farm).
